16. Making Your Own Movies
This chapter covers some of the in’s and out’s of creating a simple movie in iMovie.
iMovie is a great little video production program for home movies, YouTube videos, and other nonprofessional videos. It’s part of the iLife ‘09 suite that comes on every new Mac and also in the OS X Snow Leopard upgrade box version. You can import your video footage, edit out the parts you don’t want, add transition effects, include titles and credits, build a great audio track, and output your finished movie in various formats.
