This chapter teaches you how to create and format shapes that add pizzazz to your presentations.
A shape is an object you can place on a slide, such as a line, arrow, rectangle, circle, square, callout, and so forth. You can quickly insert a basic shape in your presentation, but after you use PowerPoint for a little while, you’ll probably want to modify the default shape formats. With practice, you can use PowerPoint’s shape formatting options to help your presentations communicate your message more effectively.
