The increasing popularity of OS

More organizations are becoming aware of OSBI options and more are looking at OSBI as a valid alternative to traditional software offerings. The markets are converging and the lines between OS and BI are becoming blurred as OS solution providers expand into commercial offerings. The differences between commercial OSBI and community options will be discussed at length in Chapter 5. For the purposes of this chapter, we are building on what we’ve learned so far.
