Overview

Having achieved a better understanding of one’s location and destination from the assessments in the Knowing Me folders, the next steps in our Driving Directions are Action and Navigation. It is time to get motivated, pick the spot(s), and “do the work”. This area, Protecting Health, focuses on the four everyday behaviors of eating, sitting, smoking, and drinking (alcohol).
