The relationship between the brand and the user stretches from the digital world all the way across to real-life interactions. The array of touch points, which are any possible contact points the user will have with the brand such as the website or the store where the product can be bought, all contribute to the overall customer experience (CX) and invoke an emotional connection and build a loyal relationship.
