Making Sense of the Mess

Anyone who has planned a large event, written a research paper, coordinated people, or organized information knows the importance of an organization schema. Chapter 13 introduces research analysis by first defining data points, exploring their use, and progressing to different approaches of analysis.

Communicating Insights

While the first step to acting on research findings is analysis, you ultimately need to communicate these findings to stakeholders and teammates alike. Just as many research methods leverage techniques from other fields, communicating insights can leverage lessons from storytelling. In Chapter 14 we will explore the basics of a narrative arc and some common tools and techniques for reporting research findings.
