Evaluating the quality of e-Business implementation with E-Qual

10.1 Introduction

It is essential that organizations be able to make an assessment of the quality of their e-Business offering if they are to survive in a competitive environment. However good the e-Business model in abstract terms, if it is poorly implemented then it is unlikely that the organization will be able to prosper and thrive.
