Abstract
Value creation in application outsourcing relationships is challenging. In this chapter an international case study on enterprise resource planning (ERP) outsourcing is presented to provide an insight in value creation. The capabilities of both the Service Recipient and the Service Providers are detailed. Furthermore the contracts and service level agreements (SLAs) are taken into account.
