Allocation Pool The Allocation Pool model defines resource settings at the org vDC or the Resource Pool. This enables all virtual machines in the org vDC to consume the pool of resources and not be limited by their individual settings.
base rate A cost element, the base rate is the global rate that is charged for each individual unit of chargeable computing resource that is used, reserved, or allocated.
billing policy A cost element, the billing policy is a collection of chargeable computing resources combined with the base rate, any rate factors, and any fixed costs.
