Understanding the Color-Correction Tools in Vegas
Vegas has many color-correction tools capable of repairing even the most difficult footage with greatly improved result. A color-correction toolset, a secondary color-correction toolset, levels, waveform monitor (WFM), vectorscope, parade scope, histogram view, and optimized hue, saturation, and luminosity (HSL), color curves, broadcast filter, and more make Vegas one of the more powerful color-correction-capable NLEs available today. (See Figures 6.1, 6.2, 6.3, and 6.4 and Color Plate 6.1).
