5. Preproduction Planning
You’ve got your gear in place, you know how to use it, and now you’re ready to go out and make your production. Fantastic! But before you run out the door, think through each step of your production process, and make sure you’re amply prepared for the day of your shoot.
You’ll want to conceive of your video production on paper ahead of time, deciding how the piece will look and figuring out exactly what you’ll need to execute the shoot.
