We cannot ignore the advent of VR, AR, and AI, which will be part of the metaverse. They could help increase the quality of work and create new ways to train people without time and space constraints.

Studies conducted in VR began in the 1980s; one of the first tests was handled by flight simulator training in Ohio between the 1960s and 1970s (McLellan, 1996).
