What’s the first step to building a house? The foundation? The cornerstone? The basement? No! The first step is planning—creating a blueprint for the final design. The successful completion of a finished house depends largely on how well it was planned.

The same holds true for virtual training. The success of your class will largely depend upon how well you have prepared. Setting up for success must be done in advance of classes you deliver—every class, every time.
