I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Work With Facilitators and Producers
Successful virtual training programs are the product of two key components: interactive design and effective delivery. It takes both to create training programs that achieve learning results. Combined together, these two elements create a positive participant experience, which in turn enables participants to learn and apply new skills.
The previous two chapters focused on creating interactive designs. Once all aspects of the program development are complete, it’s time to focus on the other key success factor: delivery.
