Evaluate Results

It’s easy to say that you want a successful virtual training program. However, it’s hard to know what you mean by successful unless you quantify and measure results. What does your organization look for when you say “success”? Are you just checking to see if participants liked the program? Or do you consider it a success when the technology worked as planned and no one got kicked out of the online classroom? Do you look at things like knowledge transfer and on-the-job behavior change? Or something else?
