Virtualizing Remote Desktop Services Proof of Concept

Source Discovery employees are dispersed geographically and frequently need to make corporate information easily available to workers from remote locations and need to ensure that important internal company information is as secure as possible. The employees often need to access internal company resources from home or from a remote location. These resources mostly include Microsoft Office documents, presentations, and spreadsheets. Source Discovery plans to deploy an RDS environment to address this need. Given the recent success of virtualizing several Microsoft tier-1 server applications using VMware vSphere, Source Discovery wants to virtualize all RDS roles for this proof of concept.
