Convergence in a large group meeting is a wonder to behold, even after you've become accustomed to it. It is an uncommon event when so many people can have a voice in an important discussion, which in turn informs important decisions. It is so uncommon that for most it is hard to believe and even harder to visualize. This feat is challenging to achieve, but not difficult.
