The System.Collections.ObjectModel.ObservableCollection(Of T) is a special collection that is typically used in WPF, Windows 8.x Store, and Windows Phone applications. Its main feature is that it implements the INotifyPropertyChanged interface and can therefore raise an event each time its items are affected by any changes, such as adding, replacing, or removing.
