Installing the Developer Tools
To provide programmers the best development experience possible, Microsoft provides the appropriate software development kits (SDKs) with the Visual Studio 2015 installer. SDKs contain libraries, project templates, certification toolkits, and device emulators that you use to test apps locally. When you install Visual Studio 2015, make sure you select the Windows 10 SDK and Windows 10 Emulators elements. If you did not, you can perform an installation repair via the Control Panel, Programs and Features tool.
