Customizing the Application Manifest
The application manifest (or app manifest) is where you provide information and capabilities about your apps. It is basically an XML file that you can edit via a convenient designer. Unfortunately, at this writing, with Visual Studio 2015 Release Candidate, such a designer has not been implemented yet, but it will be available when Visual Studio 2015 is released. However, if you have ever worked with Windows Store and Windows Phone apps with Visual Studio 2013, you know what the manifest designer is and what it looks like; the designer in Visual Studio 2015 will be very close to that previous version.
