Creating a Microsoft Installer File to Manage Security Policies
Downloading and running a .NET assembly from the Internet is not an automatic given. Security settings (see Chapter 18) are likely to change from customer to customer, and the default settings will evolve over time as more is understood about customers' basic security needs. If you are providing executable assemblies for download from the Internet, you may need to provide a reliable means for your customers to be able to run those assemblies.
