Arcs and ellipses are additional graphics objects that can be drawn in GDI+ with relative ease. The DrawArc and DrawEllipse methods on the Graphics object provide this capability.
When drawing an arc, you start by defining a rectangle that the arc is bounded by. Next, you specify the starting angle in which to draw the arc.
