After reading this chapter you will be able to create a shortcut for Visual Basic .NET, to handle the various components of IDE—particularly, to dock and undock, to close and open, to resize, and to relocate the various windows, to place the controls on form, to set the properties of form and controls using the Properties window, to write an event procedure for a control using the code window, and to execute a stand alone application using Windows Explorer.
