The Move to Collection menu can also be displayed by right-clicking anywhere in a folder's blue green band in the Light Box (to the right of the Folder List).
Password-protection only protects collapsed collections in the Folder List. If you forget to collapse the collection, its folders and their contents will remain in full view of others—even if you quit and relaunch Picasa.
Only collections that contain at least one folder are displayed in the Folder List. If you remove or move all folders from a collection, the collection name still appears in the Move to Collection submenu.
