Platform Design for vCloud Director

In this chapter, you will determine your design goals for building a private cloud. Are you seeking to provide a low-cost offering for test and development activities, or do you want to provide an enterprise platform for production workloads—or a mix of the two? This chapter builds on the requirements you identified in Chapter 2, “Developing Your Strategy,” and takes your MoSCoW (Must, Should, Could, Won't) classification into consideration when applying technical design decisions.
