You need to consider making a number of points within a VMware View architecture redundant or highly available. High availability (HA) is relevant within a single site or across multiple sites if you are deploying active VMware View environments across multiple datacenters. You can use a number of technologies to ensure HA in addition to native features of vSphere 5.
