Setting up an Azure Blob storage

First, let's create Microsoft Blob storage so you can wire up the logging code to write to the blob file.

1. Open your browser FireFox or Chrome.
2. Log into the Microsoft Azure Portal (https://portal.azure.com) using the Microsoft account that you created.

3. Once logged in on the menu, left-click on All services and type storage in the All services textbox on the right. You will see the Storage accounts menu is listed. Click on the Storage accounts menu.
