The IMG Element
To display images within your WAP applications, you must use the IMG element, which contains several attributes used to enhance the way images display on a WAP device.
You’ll notice that in Table 7.4, not all device browsers support these. These attributes exist in the WML specification for use in the future. As devices improve with time, you can expect to see and use images increasingly within your applications. Thus, it’s a good idea to begin familiarizing yourself with these IMG attributes, even if they’re not all available at the time of this writing.
