I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Design Philosophies
Just as when you build an application that is going to present HTML to a client, when you build an application to deliver WML, always keep in mind who your target audience is. Think about how you would like your application to be experienced as well as how the average end user is going to interact with it.
Working with Limited Bandwidth
The wireless industry is already talking about the 3G data technologies such as GPRS and EDGE. These technologies will speed up the latency and throughput of today's wireless networks, but they are yet to be deployed.
