Strawberry Hedgehog Cactus
Famous for the strawberry-tasting fruit it bears, this southwestern cactus grows in large clusters and has short spines that give it the look of a hedgehog. Each species has a variety of brightly colored flowers that bloom in the spring and come in ranges of magentas, purples, reds, pinks, and lavenders.
