The Stages of Wealth Integration is a half-day to full-day workshop for families or couples that is designed to help participants explore their relationship with wealth. It helps families explore the money relationship continuum, which on one side includes denial, worry, and guilt and on the other side deals with entitlement, shame, arrogance, and dissatisfaction. Interestingly, this continuum is not static as it can show up differently in one area of life versus another, like being in denial about money with friends but entitled in how you shop.
The goal of the session is to help you move to a sense of empowerment, where money is not simply a day-to-day headache, but the foundation from which you are able to support your life's unique purpose. Through this process you will begin to understand where you are avoiding the truth about your finances and recognize the patterns of equating net worth with self-worth. In order to have balance, it is important to explore your identity beyond your wealth.
The primary goals of the Wealth Integration tool are (1) to explore and increase self-awareness regarding your relationship with money so you can make more conscious choices around your behavior with wealth and (2) to develop more alignment with your values.
