Multiple, concurrent web initiatives require careful arrangement of people and assets to effectively achieve business goals. Delineate a web property under the responsibility of an organization with a well-defined charter. Follow the WSE paradigm (work area, staging area, and edition), to define a branch of development that consists of a staging area, and associated work areas and editions.
