Authentication and Authorization

In this chapter, we will learn how to add authentication and authorization to our blog because we don’t want just anyone to be able to create or edit blog posts.

Covering authentication and authorization could take a whole book, so we will keep things simple here. This chapter aims to get the built-in authentication and authorization functionalities working, building on the already existing functionality that’s built into ASP.NET.
