Facebook: a gold mine for marketers

Facebook has saved Bluewire Media tens of thousands in recruitment costs. Before Facebook there was one situation where we had to pay more than $13 000 in fees when we needed to grow our team. For a small business, that was a hit we didn't enjoy. Then Facebook burst onto the scene. Fast-forward four years and our Facebook page served as our recruitment tool. Not only have we avoided paying recruiters obscene fees, but we've had a steady supply of applicants who already know us through Facebook.
