WebObjects Component State
In this section, we'll take our first look at component state, or memory. At the same time we might get a better understanding of WebObjects' application architecture, and then be able to dissect and explain the components of a WebObjects URL.
Adding a Second Page to the Application
We are going to add a second page to the Hello application. When the user submits some text, we will display it on a new page.
Go back to the Hello project in Project Builder.
1. | Highlight the Web Components group, and then choose File,
New File … from the menu. This will open the New Component Assistant. |
