Chapter 13. Intelligent management
Intelligent management is a new group of capabilities integrated into WebSphere Application
Server V8.5. These capabilities allow you to build virtualized application infrastructures to
support the operation of your applications. Intelligent management provides a set of
autonomic components that respond dynamically to the real-time conditions of the
environment, adapting the infrastructure to respond to business needs, allowing requests to
be priorized, and intelligent routing to respond to critical applications and users.
