11.Open the Activities - List, right-click the current activity that was created, and select
Activate, as shown in Figure 3-80.

For the trigger Customer Searches to work, the Management Center marketing features have
to be enabled and WebSphere Commerce must be configured to track the online behavior of
shoppers. To enable these functions, you must follow the steps that are described in the
following WebSphere Commerce Information Center link:
Persistent sessions and personalization ID (Step 3)
Sensor Event Listener (Step 4a - c)
