BRIDE AND GROOM PORTRAITS A situational approach

When it involves bride and groom portraits, I have one major mantra: Simple is best! This piece of advice has never failed me. Simple and elegant photos are more important to a couple than elaborate, time-consuming setups. Fake staging of romantic gestures often leads to contrived and unnatural results. It is for this reason that many photographers have an aversion to posing. But staging romantic gestures with little knowledge of body language or distractions is not posing; it’s aimless guessing and meaningless staging. The two could not be more different.
