Meetings are indispensable when you don’t want to do anything.
Are meetings the bane of your existence? That’s what some of my clients tell me. They consider these gatherings to be a waste of time and rate them as unproductive, unstructured, and uninspiring. One CEO with whom I work likes to say, “A meeting is an event at which the minutes are kept and the hours are lost.”
