A Call to Action and Poetry

During my work as an adjunct professor for Seton Hall University, I had students write weekly reflections on what they’d learned and what they could have done better. It’s a habit for me, even today. There’s real power in taking a quiet moment at the end of every week to think about the past week. What did I learn? What could I have done better? What do I want to do more (or less) of next week?
