I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

IF THE STOCKS-FOR-RETIREMENT CYCLE can’t be made to work, millions of boomers will learn that they will not be able to retire comfortably when they reach their mid-sixties, as they had hoped. When this happens, at least two major shifts can be expected.
- Many boomers will have to make more complex decisions about their later lives than previous generations, and some boomers will have to work for more years instead of retiring.
