Training administration is about managing and controlling the end-to-end experience of learning. It begins with the strategic activities associated with working with clients to identify needs: planning when and how solutions will be developed and fulfilled; scheduling programs and students, registration, and material fulfillment; and planning other back-office support functions such as financial management, marketing and communications, assessment and testing, vendor management, and tuition reimbursement.
