Pregnancy problems and how to deal with them

It would be great if every woman could spend her pregnancy feeling radiant with health and vitality. However, few of us make it through the whole nine months without at least a bit of queasiness or constipation. Some women feel downright rotten for some or even most of their pregnancy, and the majority fall somewhere in between. But there are often things you can do to make yourself feel better.
