Preparing for a new pregnancy

If you are starting to think about having another baby, or planning for your first, then this is the ideal time to get your diet and general lifestyle in order. A healthy, balanced diet is important before as well as during pregnancy. What you eat now can have an enormous impact on your chances of getting pregnant and of having a healthy baby. Research shows women with healthier diets before pregnancy are less likely to deliver their babies prematurely or to develop gestational diabetes.
