Chapter 31. Poor Communication

I've been round the block a few times and have made mistakes. I'd like to think I can pass on my experiences so we don't make the same mistakes twice. One way I do this is to sit amongst the staff. I don't have a separate office. We mix up the staff so that junior executives sit with senior people. This helps us retain the feeling of being a cohesive team.
