WHAT THE PSYCHOLOGISTS SAY

This is a book from the heart: about my own experiences as an under-confident person, as well as the efforts I’ve made – intellectually and physically – to get beyond my insecurities. Yet what about the head? Where does all this sit within the established world of psychology? I’m no psychologist (I’m a curious sufferer), but below – to add some context – I outline the relevant milestones from the great and the good of that world.
