Strategy initiatives and feedback
Having opted to pursue a particular competitive strategy, we can explore the broad ‘menu’ of congruent practices associated with the chosen strategy. We then need to identify specific initiatives that, once introduced, will start shifting the system in the required direction. Each initiative has to be translated into specific actions, which are achievable, and which are clearly ‘owned’ by someone.
