Liquid Elements
A number of years ago I became the director of training for a national nonprofit organization that worked in the foster care system. Specifically, our organization was responsible for providing materials to help recruit and train volunteers to go into a court case involving abuse and neglect, make a determination about what was in the best interest of the child, and make a recommendation to the judge. This was literally life-changing work for all involved, and the training needed to not only be high quality and engaging, the volunteers needed to retain as much information as possible.
