Several years ago, a colleague, Michelle Baker, and I put our heads together to pitch and write an article in TD magazine. We brainstormed ideas, took turns writing, and eventually produced a finished product.
About a year after that article was published, another colleague, Mike Taylor, and I put our heads together to propose and design a workshop at Training magazine’s Online Learning Conference.
Both of these were fairly big, intense, involved projects. Yet, by the time we had finished, I’d still never actually met Michelle or Mike in person.
