Values are shown to be central to the success of P&G and its alumni. They play an important role in the development of the successful leaders and high-achieving performers who once worked at this legendary company. In the web survey, the highest-scoring value among P&G alumni was for “Doing the Right Thing” (77%). This value appears to be at the heart of the P&G culture, and it resonates with alumni at all levels of the organization.
